"Our experience with Cycling Hero, Bob, and Caterina was truly marvelous! We were warmly welcomed, well equipped, and very well supported throughout our days of riding and racing. Smiles and laughs were regular parts of each day, and the camaraderie fostered by Bob and Caterina within our group was exceptional. We spanned numerous nations, diverse experiences, and a variety of goals, and despite all that was different between us, the common connections of kindness, empathy, and the joy of being with others who also felt joy in cycling reigned supreme. A wonderful culture of support and inclusivity was fostered within the group and created such a positive experience for all. When the Maratona gun fired, and we were out on the roads riding our rides, it was a wonderful feeling to be part of the Cycling Hero Team and to truly have what felt like teammates out on the roads with us. My sister and I were 2 of about 25 Canadians on the course, but we had so many Cycling Hero friends on the road with us, and Bob and Caterina were pillars of support on the day. Best basket buffet of snacks I’ve ever experienced! Both of us have significant experience with endurance racing, but the Maratona was a new adventure, and there was significant anxiety for us as we took on this challenge. We were supported, encouraged, coached, and cheered by Bob and Caterina and came away stronger, more confident, and successful in our adventure. 10/10 recommend. 5 stars. Would absolutely do this again!"

"Our bike tour couldn't have been better! Our lodging was very nice, with swimming pools, delicious breakfasts and located in nice small towns with lots of restaurant choices. The bike fitting and day 1 ride went well. The next four days of riding were planned well; varied distances and difficulty, good options for lunch stops and very good support! Caterina always knew where we were, met us several times per day with water, snacks, encouragement and took photos of us. She also helped us with dinner reservations and made arrangements for us to go to a wine tasting at a lovely family-owned winery. Part of our tour was to visit a Hazelnut family-owned farm, which was a nice break in our day and was fun. We were happy with our choice of using gravel e-bikes; they were perfect for our ride distances and elevation gain. The computer with our riding route worked out fine, and we appreciated having Garmin Radar lights on the bikes. I look forward to doing another tour!"

"I had a great time; well organized and selected very comfortable hotels for our accommodations. The CyclingHero app was helpful in selecting rides and keeping track of other participants. The app stopped functioning rather quickly once I got home... it would have been nice to have it for a while longer to show others, as well as get some place names and ride details that I'd forgotten. From the welcome bag at the airport upon arrival to the ride back to Marco Polo for our departure, I felt very well looked after. I would have no trouble recommending a trip with CyclingHero. "One of the most unforgettable biking experiences in the Dolomites last week. Caterina and Bob from CyclingHero removed all the potential issues that typically come with self-guided bike tours. Transfer to/from airport, checked. Top-notch rental bike, checked. GPS daily routes based on different difficulty levels, checked. Van support along the route with nutrition supplies, checked. "CH arranged the perfect cycling trip. The accommodations and food options were exceptionally curated experiences that showcased the regions we visited. The multiple route options were well chosen and made it easy to adjust for easier or harder challenges as the legs permitted. And the transportation support made for a stress-free day to spend more time enjoying the journey instead of logistics. After experiencing multiple European cycling trips with at least three different competitors, CH is lapping the field with great tours.
