Giro d'Italia 2024
Watch the world’s best cyclists taking on the world’s most spectacular mountains.
The decisive stages of the Giro are almost always in the mountains of the North of Italy, and 2024 is no exception. This year’s route includes double ascents of both the Passo Brocon and the mythical Monte Grappa.
To top it off, the Giro 2024 has a stage finish in one of our favorite places anywhere, Bassano del Grappa. The combination of great riding, great eating, and beautiful setting make this town a cyclist's dream. You will be there in person to experience all of these exciting moments and ride some amazing routes of our own, as well.
The Routes
Here are some details on the Giro 2024 stages you will experience on tour.
Saturday, May 18th, 2024
Stage 14 | Time Trial | 31km Castiglione delle Stiviere — Desenzano del Garda
The time trial stage is a great introduction to the energy of the Giro as the crowd cheers each of the riders as they cross the finish line. This will be a crucial stage for the General Classification hopefuls, although the relatively short distance and very fast surface should prevent excessively large time gaps at the finish.
Wednesday, May 22nd, 2024
Stage 17 | Passo Brocon | 154km Selva di Val Gardena/Wolkenstein in Gröden — Passo Brocon
The pros climb the Brocon from two sides; you will catch them on their second ascent directly before the summit finish. The Passo Brocon, is the final climb on this very hard stage that includes both the Passo Sella and the Passo Rolle.
Saturday, May 25th, 2024
Stage 20 | Monte Grappa | 175km Alpago — Bassano del Grappa
This is likely to be THE big day of the Giro as the race climbs the Monte Grappa not once but twice.
