    This scenic ride from Verona’s outskirts along a dedicated bike path through lush terrain is a great way to ease into things. The route meanders past charming villages and vineyards before reaching the shores of Lake Garda. Cycle along the lake’s edge, passing through picturesque towns to the medieval lakeside gem of Malcesine. For those seeking a bit more of a challenge, ascend to Castion Veronese for panoramic views of Italy's largest lake before dropping down into Malcesine.

    Lakefront Escapes and Alpine Panoramas

    Discover the northern shores of Lake Garda, beginning your day with a ride to Riva del Garda, a mecca for outdoor sports enthusiasts. Pedal past the historic town of Rovereto and over the Passo Mattarello before descending into Levico Terme.     Into the Heart of Veneto – Levico Terme to Bassano del Grappa

    The easier option on this day follows the Valsugana bike path on a spectacular, mostly downhill route following the Brenta river all the way into Bassano del Grappa. Alternatively, climb up into the Asiago Plateau and continue through the town of Asiago (of cheese fame) before a spectacular final descent into Bassano.

    The Veneto’s Finest Rides – Monte Grappa, Asolo, and Beyond

    Bassano is a gateway to some exceptional riding on both sides of the Brenta river. Test your limits on Monte Grappa, a climb steeped in history, or explore the rolling hills of Asolo and Possagno. Alternatively, cross the historic Ponte degli Alpini bridge and explore the other bank of the Brenta river with a visit to medieval Marostica and the famous climbs of San Luca and La Rosina. Conclude with a stroll through Bassano’s lively streets and its abundance of wine bars and cosy restaurants.
